Azelf5000 (a.k.a. Thunder/Joey) is the self-proclaimed creator of the infamous creepypasta personality Eyeless Jack, and the author of the titular character’s origin story.

Azelf5000 officially joined the creepypasta community on Setepmber 24, 2011. He formally announced his “retirement” from the community on February 12, 2015‎, for what he called “personal reasons”.
